We are proud of our experienced team here at the Ash. Friendly and professional bar and waiting staff will tend to your every need whilst behind the scenes our first class chefs are always on-site to ensure all meals are prepared to the highest standard.

Supporting local business is key to our hearts and we source as much from local suppliers as possible; meat, vegetables and even our fish comes straight from the trawlers overnight to Stansted before going to Billingsgate! We strive to use nothing but the best and freshest ingredients.

With a comprehensive menu we offer traditional pub food with an a la carte menu available for those special occasions. Every day we have a chef’s special meal; on Sundays we offer a traditional Sunday lunch as well as weekly special offers to keep everyone on their toes!
