This is a complementary service offered for the convenience of our customers and is subject to a suitable vehicle and driver being available at the time of your need for transport. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our service. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We will do our best to accommodate disability needs but may need to decline this offer if the driver feels that the persons physical or emotional needs are beyond the practical limits of the vehicle available.
1. Service Availability
Our drop-off to hotel service is available to guests staying at hotels within our designated service area. Please verify with us if your hotel is included in our service area before placing an order.
2. Requesting a drop off
This can be arranged directly with a member of staff, subject of availability of a vehicle, at the time of your booking or food order.
3. Drop off Times
We strive to arrange your drop-off within the estimated time frame after your meal. However, times may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
4. Drop-off Procedure
You will be dropped of in as close proximity to the door of your accommodation as is practically available at the time of arrival.
